We'll set up at 8:00.  Use Gate F.  We may be under the trees, with no shade canvas necessary, but we should be prepared to put it up if our area looks like it's going to be under-shaded. Let's bring as much of our arts & crafts as possible. You might want to bring something to munch on, but there will be food vendors on site.

We should expect to perform The Viking Art of War twice during the day.
